Gebrauchsanweisung
- Das Pad aus dem einzelnen Paket entfernen.
- Die Schutzfolie abziehen, die den Klebstoff abdeckt.
- Bringe das Pflaster an der Kleidung an (Unterwäsche, Hosen, Leggings usw.) und vermeide den direkten Kontakt mit der Haut.
- Bis zu 8 Stunden wirken lassen.
- Nicht auf Spitze, Netz- oder transparenten Materialien, Unterwäsche usw. verwenden.
- Die Wärme wird sofort aktiviert, wenn jede einzelne Verpackung geöffnet wird.
- Das Pad wird durch den Sauerstoff in der Luft aktiviert, auch wenn die Schutzfolie nicht entfernt wurde.

I bought these heating patches during the discount period here on lyko as I have painful periods! I always need to use something that produces heat to make me feel better. I was pleasantly surprised with these heating patches as they stay warm for hours about 8 hours. I didn't see that coming! The are very easy to use. You just need to remove the cover of the sticker and apply them on top of your underwear. Even if it's on top of your underwear you can still feel the heat. Every package includes 3 pieces. Now heat is not the solution for painful periods but it definitely helps a lot. I will definitely buy these again as they are easy to use while you are at work or outside! They are also lightweight and you don't really feel them.

Finally!!
Finally, you can take your "hot bottle" with you when you leave home. Heat is what works best for me when I have period pain and now I can just stick it on and have heat on my stomach no matter what I do. It keeps the heat for an unexpectedly long time and is perfect to wear when at work.
Good product
Starts heating after about 5 minutes, very handy to have at work, it says that it should work for 8 hours, but I think it works best for the first 5-6 hours.
