this the most moisturizing shampoo I have ever used. I was very surprised when the it came out of the bottle clear and not milky. I have scalp psoriasis and a very impaired skin barrier on my scalp. This makes my scalp feel so good. It often takes multiple washes with medicated shampoos to get my scalp plaque free. I use this after my harsh shampoo and it feels like relief. The lather is really nice and easy to spread on the scalp. Once I rinse my hair feels super soft. I have normal to high porosity curly 3a/3b hair. Not sure how cleansing this would be as a solo use shampoo.
