No hovering. No leaning. Just light. Most LED panels want you glued to them at 15cm, but the FOREO UFO Advanced LED Lighthouse Panel borrows its optics from an actual lighthouse. Fresnel lenses lock 123 professional power LEDs into one concentrated beam that holds its intensity from as far as 2 metres away, so you can sit back and let the light come to you. It runs the five most studied wavelengths, Deep NIR, NIR, Red, Blue and Amber, at up to 200 mW per cm² and reaching 10mm beneath the surface, clinically proven to improve the look of wrinkles, firmness, acne, tone and radiance in one month. There is a sunrise mode to ease you into the morning and a sunset mode to wind you down at night. No goggles needed at 2 metres.

Before your first session, hold your forearm about 30cm from the panel for 3 minutes and check for lasting redness. Press the universal button to switch the panel on, then press again to cycle through the wavelengths, or open the FOREO For You app for presets and custom settings. For faster results, apply your serum to clean, dry skin first. Sit at least 30cm away, or 2 metres for goggle free use, and bathe in it for 5 to 15 minutes. Press and hold the button to switch off. Use 3 to 5 times a week. Never look directly into the lights.
