My hair is benefiting since using these and also my skin feels so much better. Easy hand washed and dries fast but having two I can change them whenever I want. Wish I’d bought them ages ago. I even take them on holiday.

These pillows are high quality given that i had lower expectations, i have already seen improvements on my skin and hair. I would really recommend if you want to try it out.
