Budgeproof, with a learning curve
Amazing dark black liner that seems indestructible against water, tears, smudging, life etc (hooded eyes, even for you). Get a good waterproof eye makeup remover too, you’ll need it. The formula is a little thicker than liquid, and with the small brush tip requires time and practice to master application. Well worth the investment and effort, I’ve tried plenty of others and nothing can be relied on to stay on like Liquidlast.
