- Die Produkte mit den Pinseln deiner Wahl auf die Haut auftragen.
- Benutze die Farbtöne, die deinem Teint am ähnlichsten sind, um Unreinheiten zu kaschieren, die helleren Farbtöne zum Highlighten und die dunkleren Farbtöne zum Konturieren.

I hope this message finds you well. I am writing regarding an issue with my recent order placed on your website. As a professional makeup artist just starting out, this was my first time ordering from Beauty Bay, and I purchased products worth €120 to use for my work.
Unfortunately, right after completing the payment, I noticed that I had forgotten to include the name of my residence in the delivery address. To resolve this quickly, I contacted your customer service team via email to request an update to my delivery information, as the order had not yet been dispatched.
I was offered a refund, which I accepted, but I am still unclear about when I will receive it. Furthermore, when I check the order status on the app, it shows that the order was dispatched on November 29, but clicking on the tracking link leads to an "error" message.
This situation is quite urgent for me as I need these products to continue my work.
