Whoever said Christmas had to be about green, red, and gold was seriously disturbed. This year we’re feeling boujee purples, pretty pinks, and plenty of shimmer.
Follow our step-by-step with MUA Beth Painter and master your party glam without using Christmas tree decorations as your inspo.
Step One
Prime the lids by mixing Anastasia Beverly Hills Mini Eye Primer and NABLA Close Up Concealer and pat on with a fluffy brush.
Step Two
Apply Grape Escape from BEAUTY BAY’s EYN Bright Matte Eyeshadow Palette straight into the crease focusing on a small area at a time to get the full colour payoff. Wing the colour out softly at the outer corner.
Step Three
Deepen the crease with Stormy Night from the EYN Bright Matte Eyeshadow Palette, before blending Make Them Wink above the purple shades.
Step Four
Using Cosmopolitan (EYN Bright Matte Eyeshadow Palette), blend out the pink shade into the brow bone, then reapply the previous colours to ensure maximum pigmentation.
Step Five
Using the Anastasia Beverly Hills Mini Eye Primer and NABLA Close Up Concealer mix, tidy up the wing of the eyeshadow and carve out the lid to create a cut crease.
Step Seven
Apply Main Stage from the BEAUTY BAY Going Out Out Eyeshadow Palette across the lid, and then top with BEAUTY BAY’s Disco Trip Colour Play Pigment in Baby, starting in the outer corner.
Step Eight
Using a small brush, apply Main Stage (BEAUTY BAY Going Out Out Eyeshadow Palette) across the lower lash line, and Make Them Wink (BEAUTY BAY EYN Bright Matte Eyeshadow Palette) into the waterline. Finish by adding Bubbles in the inner corner of the eye, smudging the colour slightly onto the lower lash line.
Step Nine
Finish the look by adding eyelashes of your choice (see how to decide which lashes are best for your eye shape, here) and apply Wet N Wild Mega Slim Skinny Mascara to the bottom lashes.
