STEP ONE
Apply By BEAUTY BAY’s Eye Base in your chosen shade across the lid to prime the skin and help the colours pop.
STEP TWO
Take shade Glove from By BEAUTY BAY’s Love Notes Palette and create a semicircle above the crease of the eye. Blend shade Lilac above the crease to soften the edge.
STEP FOUR
Apply shade Princess onto the base.
STEP FIVE
Use shade Glove to blur the outer corners of the shadow.
STEP SIX
