‘I used the MUA Makeup Academy Cosmic Vixen Eyeshadow Palette and was so impressed. For such an inexpensive palette the pigment and blendability is 10/10. Even the white on the inner corner worked really well! I also used the Blushed Liquid Blush in the shade Misty Rose, and would recommend this to anyone. After seeing it was a dupe for the Nars liquid blush I jumped on it. The formula is super buildable and didn’t remove any base when I applied it (I would say applying with fingers works best!) Definately my new go to blusher.’

KASH Beauty Blush Sculpt Stick
‘I’m sorry but, can you even imagine doing a look without blusher now? How did we ever cope without it?! When I saw Keilidh MUA try the ombre blush trend with her brand, KASH Beauty and their Blush Sculpt Sticks, I just HAD to snap them up myself. I’m a subtle blush gal myself so I was a bit cautious of trying Love Language at first but paired with Poppin’ Peach on the apples of your cheeks the combo is INSANE, it give just the right amount of depth to really make your blush stand out. Don’t be alarmed by how pigmented they are, they blend like an absolute dream. My new fave for sure!’

Spectrum Collections Marbleous 12 Piece Brush Set
‘I’m definitely guilty of not taking care of my makeup brushes and have been using the same set for about a thousand years, so in attempt to become ~ that girl ~ in 2022 I picked up a fresh Spectrum Cosmetics brush set. The 12-piece set has everything you need to apply a full-face including foundation buffer, angled bronzer/blush brush which works a dream on liquid and powders, a double ended brow brush and every eye brush you could ever need. My fave is the B11 which is small enough to apply shadows with precision on my hooded eyes but fluffy enough to blend out the pigments seamlessly. If you’re like 2021 me and using scratchy cheap blending brushes, do yourself a favour, throw away immediately and replace with Spectrum!’

Glisten Cosmetics Duochrome Wet Liner
‘Ever since it blew up last year, I’ve always watched the coloured liner trend from afar, and never participated. But when we launched the Duochrome Wet Liners from Glisten Cosmetics, I knew I wanted to get involved. Having never used a water activated liner before, I was a bit sceptical about how they work and how pigmented they would be but omg I was pleasantly surprised. This liner was super easy to use, soooooo pigmented and dried down so quick so I didn’t need to stress about smudging it. I used Manhatten which is a gorg bronzey duochrome shade, but I certainly have my eyes on a few more.’

‘I’ve heard so many amazing things about this brand I couldn’t wait to try this for myself. I love the laminated brow look but have been struggling to find the perfect product that keeps the hold down for long enough and now I think I’ve FINALLY found the one!! It comes with a little wooden spoolie that you can just wet and put straight into the hole in the middle then swipe straight over the brows to hold in place. To finish I just pencil in the strokes at the front. I have pretty stubborn brow hairs so I was really impressed that they held down all day, this is for sure a new staple in my makeup bag.’

Danessa Myricks Beauty Smooth FX Refining Gel
‘(Unfortunately) as I’m getting older, fine lines are becoming more visible throughout the day as my foundation wears. I’ve wanted to try this gel to see if it helps to reduce the appearance of these lines. From my first use, I’m really happy with how my makeup sits on top of this product. There’s a noticeable difference from applying this product, as a few hours later the fine lines I have (mainly smile lines and across my forehead) are not a visible which is great! I’m definitely going to continue using this product before I apply my makeup.’
