Ingrédients

Menthol, Basil Oil (Ocimum Basilicum Oil), Rosemary Oil (Rosmarinus Officinalis Leaf Oil)

Utilisation

Make sure to wash your forehead before use.
Cut open one of the pouch and remove the patch and use immediately.
Remove part of the transparent liner to expose the adhesive gel area.
Apply the gel patch on the forehead gently while peeling away the liner.
Leave it on for up to eight hours.

j'ai acheté tte la gamme de patchs be you pour le ventre ,les muscles et celui ci pour les maux de tete c'est mo preferé car très efficace ds ces cas là je recommande

Effective and relaxing

These are very effective. Cooling feeling last for a good few hours. The stickiness is good. I have managed to sleep with one on (during a migraine attack) and it's not come off. It does leave a residue so be sure to wash the area afterwards. I have found it to be relaxing and helpful with my migraines
