This is no indictment of the store. I have searched everywhere and tried all sorts of products to be able to maintain smooth heels. I thought this foot rasp looked promising but the search continues…

This is great for stubborn
This is great for stubborn callouses that you can't get rid of with a normal file. It is a little small so it takes a while to cover bigger areas like the heel and balls of the feet. Handle could be a little more comfortable too.
