Thank god I found this
Was looking for a dip liner with such a thin brush with bristles instead of felt one for such a long time. I have hooded and downward turned eyes so a fatter tip does not suit my eye shape. Cannot believe it was so hard. I bought two elf liquid eye liners trying not to get my hopes up. Both of them knocked it out the park. I instantly threw away my previous one. This one is less matte than the other. Holds up pretty good and Does not smudge with friction but dows not stand against water. AND FOR THIS PRICE??? Hard to beat.
10/10 quality in my opinion.
Compared to all the “amazing” ones I’ve used in the past, this one doesn’t go all crusty/crispy looking when it dries or if you apply multiple layers. That’s the best way I can explain lol. But I like this A-LOT! I definitely will be purchasing this again. I just wish the handle was a little shorter in length. I find that the longer the handle the harder it is to apply in my opinion. Other than that, 10/10 quality.
Great product!
I have oily skin and, by default, oily eyelids. This eyeliner holds for quite a few hours! Also love how things the brush is, sometimes I can do just the wing and it gives a wonderful, minimalist look.
