Thank god I found this

Was looking for a dip liner with such a thin brush with bristles instead of felt one for such a long time. I have hooded and downward turned eyes so a fatter tip does not suit my eye shape. Cannot believe it was so hard. I bought two elf liquid eye liners trying not to get my hopes up. Both of them knocked

Great product!

I have oily skin and, by default, oily eyelids. This eyeliner holds for quite a few hours! Also love how things the brush is, sometimes I can do just the wing and it gives a wonderful, minimalist look.

I won't use anything else... And very difficult to get sometimes... The brush applicator is perfect for a precision wing, it's neither too matte or too shiny... Rarely needs topping up in the day... Fab price for what you get.. 100% recommended
