Nettoyez votre peau à la perfection avec le nettoyant de la marque Eve Lom. Associant des huiles de clou de girofle, d’eucalyptus, de houblon et de camomille égyptienne à du beurre de cacao, ce baume nettoyant fond sur la peau pour éliminer la saleté, les résidus, les impuretés et le maquillage (même le waterproof). Dans le cadre d’une double utilisation quotidienne pendant 14 jours, ce baume nettoyant possède une efficacité prouvée par des tests cliniques pour réduire l’apparition de points noirs et blancs, le tout sans obstruer les pores. Possédant une efficacité prouvée par des tests cliniques pour hydrater la peau (pendant jusqu’à 12 heures après son utilisation), ce nettoyant contribue à tonifier et à exfolier la peau pour améliorer son grain et la rendre plus équilibrée.

Utilisation
- Prélevez une petite quantité de nettoyant et réchauffez-la entre vos doigts avant de la masser sur votre peau sèche en effectuant des mouvements circulaires.
- Pour rincer le produit, mouillez la lingette nettoyante en mousseline 100% coton de la marque EVE LOM dans de l’eau très chaude et frottez-la sur votre peau, en vous concentrant sur les zones à risque (comme celles sujettes à la sécheresse, à la congestion ou couvertes de maquillage tenace).
- Rincez la lingette, puis répétez l’opération une deuxième et une troisième fois avant de terminer par une compresse froide en utilisant la lingette imbibée d’eau froide.
- Rincez ensuite la lingette à l’eau froide, puis essorez-la.
- La lingette peut être lavée à la main à l’eau chaude ou traitée comme du coton blanc en machine à laver.
- Laissez-la sécher à l’air libre. Ne la mettez pas au sèche-linge.
- Quand utiliser ce produit : le matin et le soir, en tant que première étape de votre rituel de nettoyage.

I've been a loyal user of Eve Lom's cleanser for years, valuing its effectiveness as a balm that thoroughly removes makeup and sunscreen without stripping the skin. Although it's pricey, the quality justifies the cost. However, my recent experience with their customer service was disappointing. After buying a product just before a promotion was announced, I contacted customer service hoping they might honor the discount for my recent purchase. They refused, only allowing a return, which led me to return and repurchase the product to use the discount and get the promotional gift. This process was not only inconvenient but also wasteful, highlighting a need for better flexibility and environmental consideration in their policies. While the cleanser remains excellent, Eve Lom's customer service could use improvement.
