Utilisation

Clearing skin over time
I like how this is diminishing my freckles and spots, but it doesn't necessarily make a big effect on a daily basis. After a few weeks, my skin is looking clearer. I like the smell and there was no issue with my packaging.
no communication no receiipt of item
this is an extremely good toner. I ordered 4 bottles of this in November. I got a message from Beauty Bay " Your haul is on the way". It is now February and the "haul" has not arrived. I tried calling /messaging the delivery company and It gives you an answer that does not relate at all to your query. I am writing this review in the hopes that the company takes up this matter and gets in touch with me or sends me my 4 bottles of toner which I have already paid for!

gentle on skin
A nice big bottle, yay, and glass, which is so much better than plastic. The product does not irritate my skin, which is lovely, as my skin is super sensitive. Also cruelty free, I will not buy cosmetic items that are not cruelty free. I wanted something to replace the AHA pads I had been using as they were causing eczema. This is gentler and nice and cooling. I use before bed.

This cleanser helped with some scarring I had around my forehead, and helps with breakouts.
Obsessed
Best toner I have used Helps with acne scarring and blemishes as well as fine lines and wrinkles. This product is extremely hydrating and refreshing for the skin leaving it visibly brighter and soothed. Smells amazing and has an amazing cooling feeling when put onto the skin. Unlike other toners this does not irritate broken skin or feel like its stripping the skin so its amazing both at night time and in the morning before makeup. On top of everything the price for this product is amazing, my only criticism is that they only have the one bottle size - there should be a bigger volume option.
Great for sensitive skin!
I use this toner at night right after cleansing out of the shower, with my face still damp and it is so hydrating. My sensitive skin always goes well with lactic acid as it's so gentle. You could also use it in the morning as it's so gentle and hydrating (with suncream). One benefit I didn't expect was it always plumps my skin whenever I use it, and my skin feels hydrated through the morning. Definitely great for all skin types, and people who want really gentle exfoliation.
Effective and gentle
I use the toner every night (sometimes every other night), and it has really improved the texture of my skin in the matter of weeks. My skin feels more hydrated and is a lot more smooth. It is really gentle yet effective for a lactic acid exfoliator, I felt no stinging at all. The only downside of this for me is I don't like the smell, but the smell only bothers me when I'm applying to my skin, after it's on the skin it doesn't smell at all. It has not bothered any of my blemishes but slowly helped to reduce them.
Nothing special
I've been using it for two months now and I don't really see any change in my skin. I like the design of the bottle. The scent is ok, a little medicine smelling, but didn't bother me. I used it right after washing my face. It did relieve skin after washing, but not very moisturizing at all, very average. I wouldn't want to buy it, unless I didn't have a choice. I'd rather buy Korean skincare which would be much cheaper and at least would moisturize.
Still borderline
I recently switched a few products within my skincare regime and was eager to try the cactus water trend and welcomed an alternative to an alcohol-based toner. The product wasn’t quite as I expected as it has little to no smell, but inoffensive nonetheless. The packaging has a great premium look and feel considering the medium price point and the glass bottle helps keep it extra cold. However, I am undecided on the product after two weeks. It has a tendency to sting a little upon application and I feel like it may be drying the skin slightly. Especially in more sensitive areas such as the eyes. I feel it could be more beneficial for those with an oily complexion that want to achieve a matte finish before makeup application.
