Utilisation
Shampoo:
- Massage shampoo into wet hair and rinse thoroughly.
Conditioner:
- Gently squeeze excess water out of hair, massage conditioner through, leave for five minutes and rinse thoroughly.
Vitamins:
- Take two vitamins together every morning.

I suffer from thinning hair
I suffer from thinning hair but since taking the chewables and after one use of the shampoo and conditioner I have found my hair to be alot more full of life. And to top it off hasn’t gotten greasy after a few days like it usually does. that was even after a day on the beach 😂 I’m going to continue using these for a long time just so i can continue noticing differences in such a short while.
