After the second. Bottle you notice a big improvement in the quality of your skin , it becomes more healthy and glowy i recommand
Improved skin but increases appitite
My skin looks like it has improved slightly but over the 7 months i have been taking these my weight has slowly creeped up because i felt hungrier. I have now stopped taking them as better skin at the cost of gaining weight is not worth it.
