I didn't really know what to expect from a product like this, as I mainly ordered it because I wake up frequently with badly tangled hair on the back of my head. This definitely helps with that, my long hair doesn't move around as much and the bonnet stays on nicely most of the nights. What I didn't expect was my hair to actually feel quite a bit softer in the mornings as well, which is really nice for my frizzy and damaged hair. Don't expect major miracles when you buy this, but maybe just a small one :)
