Hero Pillow Mist
This makes a change from the perfect nights sleep people mist. It is a lighter fragrance and more suited to spring and summer.

Calming, feel-good scent
Lovely relaxing scent, but fresh scent. I bought in preparation for my hip replacement, to help me relax in hospital and it worked a treat. Every time a nurse came into the room, they would comment how nice I my room smelt. My only complaint is it’s disappearing too quick.

I have had the worst time sleeping for the past few weeks and getting back into a routine. I used this for the first time a few days ago, and not joking when I say it’s the first night in ages that I slept a solid 7.5 hours and never woke up during the night! so little for the price
i think it's pricey so on that alone I can't justify a repurchase. The scent is ok, though on the masculine side. As for helping to sleep, I would have to use more and see.
