The Punchy Daily Hydration Reset in Tropical turns a plain 500ml of water into a proper hydration moment, with seven electrolytes and minerals plus five vitamins packed into one small sachet. Magnesium, potassium, calcium, zinc, phosphorus, chloride and sodium from Himalayan pink salt do the heavy lifting, backed by vitamins C, D, B3, B6 and B12. Magnesium contributes to a reduction of tiredness and fatigue and to normal muscle function, while vitamin C, vitamin D and zinc contribute to the normal function of the immune system. Utilisation
Tip one sachet into 500ml of cold water, shake or stir until fully dissolved, and drink. Up to two sachets a day. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
