Ordered 5th Dec., arrived three weeks later. It took so long that I had found and bought it elsewhere. I was charged more than half of the product price for shipping and when it finally arrived, I was charged extra for customs duty. I wrote to Customer Service but never heard from them. I won’t be using Beauty Bay again.
