Pigment pigment pigment!
I WISH I'd kept a photo of my rainbow creation, but alas, it's gone. This has been on my radar for yeeeeeears! Again, grabbed at a very discounted price. It's pigmented & creamy. That glitter topper is just the thing to hide errors, make beautiful eye liner with a sealing liquid or to simply pat ove r your lid with a finger. Even your lips and cheeks! I love this pallet. Is summer festivals, it's parties, it's events. Love! 10/10!

I didn't pay attention and thought I was ordering wet liners. I wish there was a lighter/brighter yellow as well but nice overall !
