I thought it was a balsher and a lip oil.

But it blows the lips great at first I couldn't stand it but it looked great when I got used to it, I'll go back to buy it again for sure

I have used many plumping balms and lip glosses but this one is definitely my favorite. Be careful because it really heats up 🔥 I recommend a small amount to start with.
