This is a great vitamin c serum for daily use. The lower concentration of vitamin c protects from pollution and damage but does not exfoliate my skin (no skin flakes - which I do not want during my day). It has visibly brightened and smoothed my skin. The propanediol base is both moisturising and hydrating, and does not induce breakouts in my skin. Layers well with other products.
