Great if you can’t tolerate or absorb ordinary iron supplements.
I do think these are a little pricey if you tend to need a lot of supplements every month, but as a Bile Acid Malabsorption sufferer, taking tablets or syrup doesn’t tend to work for me and can also cause a lot of irritation to the stomach for anyone. These are the first chewable ones I’ve ever found, and of course the longer you chew them the more you benefit from absorbing the iron into the lining of your mouth. It’s great that these gummies are vegan too, I’m definitely going to get these as a gift for a friend who is also suffering from anaemia and happens to be vegan. I love all the Be You products and wish I could afford them all every month! An amazing and well thought out product.
