Modo d'uso
- Take two capsules daily with or after food.
- Feel Multivitamin capsules can be opened and sprinkled on food and drinks but be careful not to add to hot liquids as the heat can damage the nutrients in our formula.

I have been taking the Multivitamins for some time now
I have been taking the Multivitamins for some time now and I find that they keep me ticking over and help me to feel more alert and more well within myself. Also, as a busy teacher, I don't always have the time to prepare healthier lunches and meals and so the tablets provide me with a great balance of essential vitamins and minerals that I might not always get from my diet.
