Both of them don’t work! Paid £20 for essentially nothing. I followed all the instructions and tried changing the batteries, holding the buttons and everything. Neither of them work.

It says it includes the cleaning spray it does not. So you are better off buying one of them separately and buying the cleaning spray separately. If you suffer with vaginismus or any cervix or vaginal muscular condition that causes spamming and long term tightening of the muscle due to anxiety especially around intercourse. I highly recommend an external and small bullet/lipstick size internal toy that vibrates as it relaxes the muscles with out stressing the nuwnuw out too much by going straight for dilators. I found dilators too painful for me.

Finally went to use my gift last Saturday just to discover both of them don’t work!!! I changed the batteries but still they didn’t work. I would like a replacement or refund please.

One of them doesn’t work at all and the other one completely stopped working after a few mins of testing the vibrations. Very annoyed by it as I can’t return it. Waste of money it’s going in the bin!

Just received my order, the lipstick vibrator works fine, but the pebble massager just won't turn on. I've taken the paper sleeve & disc out from the battery compartment, tried another battery, made sure the battery was in the right way - nothing! Very disappointed in this purchase.
