Modo d'uso
- Spritz onto clean skin after cleansing and before applying serums, or as a final step in your night-time routine.
- Close your eyes and hold 20-25cm from your face and mist evenly.
- Can also be used on your pillow before sleeping.
- Top tip: Use throughout the day whenever you’re feeling anxious for a grounding.

the smell :(
I dont know how effective this will be in helping me sleep (remains to be seen) but I'm quite put off by the scent
Decent smell but doesn’t last long
