- Use 1-2 times a week in the evening.
- Cleanse the skin.
- Pop a new Roller Head in.
- Using firm but not intense pressure, roll with needling tip across the face, neck and décolletage
- for 5-10 minutes, moving vertically, horizontally and diagonally.
- Discard the used roller head after use / when the needles on the roller have dissolved.
- Pop a new roller head in for next use.
