Ingredients

Broad Spectrum Cannabidiol Extract and Raw Organic Coconut Oil (MCT Oil).

Directions

Pipette:

Shake well before use.
Using the dropper provided, drop the CBD Oil directly underneath the tongue, hold for at least 90 seconds until fully absorbed.
We recommend you use approximately two full pipettes per day, one in the morning and one in the evening.

Spray:

Shake well before use.
Spray directly under tongue, and hold the oil for at least 90 seconds, until fully absorbed.
We recommend starting with a total of 14 sprays per day, spread over 2-3 doses.

Under the tongue application, tastes good, lasts a while :^) First time trying cbd oil so I'm not too sure yet, but combined with my medication it seems to be helping me stay calm. I would say I feel a positive difference in body relaxation

Beginner friendly

It's not strong enough for my chronic pain, but most people isn't as physically ill as me. It's a good beginner friendly product I'll say, it might work out absolutely fine, if you just need to calm down, and don't have wild chronic pain.
