Directions

Shake well before use.
Draw the tip of the pen from the inner to the outer eye corner, sticking as close to the lash line as possible.
Slant the pen to create a thicker line.
Apply white eyeliner to the water line to complete your wide eyed, defined look.

Great eyeliner

I really like this eyeliner. It’s easy to apply and stays In place. I haven’t had it long so hopefully it last long enough as that’s Often my annoyance with some brands. This is comparatively inexpensive though and does just as good a job
