The brush itself is very soft. Foundation goes on amazingly smooth. Very quick, and blends easily. I like the sideways style oval brush for foundation. I'm so surprised but this is probably the worst brush I ever ordered. The fibrous on the brush started getting out after the first clean up , and it's really hard to put makeup with it . the makeup look super streaky after applying it with this brush .. I think I will just order some beauty blenders...
