Directions

Active the with water by mixing well with a wet makeup brush.
Apply as desired once a creamy consistency has been achieved.
Let the product air dry before storing.
Mix shades to create unique combinations.

Gift of colour

Love The Colors

I absolutely love the colors of this split liner, especially the metallic baby blue. However, it seems kind of thin, or not opaque enough, which is why I wouldn't rate 5 stars. It's something you may have to build up.
