Apply the powder to your brows using the Duo Brush or Mini Duo Brush. With short, light strokes, apply the darker colour first where brows are sparse, then brush the lighter shade over the entire brow. Blend and gently groom the colour through your brows with a spoolie brush for a natural finish.
