Can always rely on Beautyworks for quality and the flat track seams are much better for fine hair. The colour espresso is perfect for my cool tone dark brown hair, I’ve found most other brands use red tones in their brown colours. Only negative is i would prefer if one of the longer wefts were split into two for better placement.

Ordered ebony received blonde. Not much empathy from the company considering they ruined my hair for my birthday and holiday. Offered full refund if I return or 40% refund to keep the wrong item which is bullshit to me if I’d dyed it and ruined it my money is down the drain. Considering it was the company’s cock up it should’ve been resolved but I’m still waiting for my refund. They’re not cheap and wasn’t able to order another one in time. Very frustrated and disappointed.
