ive ordered this twice now and still never got it, but thankfully boots was able to do theit job so i got it from there; decent enough eyeliner

The eyelined i received was completely dry. It smudged slightly in a dead grey color, i could rarely get any pigment out of it and the tip was dry and coarse and hurt my eye.

As someone who has tried many eyeliners to perfect my cat eye flick, I can recommend this. Make sure the lid is on firmly, it can dry out fast!

The actual eyeliner is great and stays on all day without flaking or peeling. However, getting it out the pen tip is very annoying. I have to continually shake it to get it out. Other pen style eyeliners I’ve used previously are not like this.
