• Use the Brush correctly!

  While I wasn't in the bathrooms of those that left negative reviews, I feel like they might have used the brush wrong. You detangle from the bottom up. You cannot just start at the top of a strand and brush through. It will knot your hair up even more and even rip it if you keep pushing down. But if you keep detangling chunk by chunk it does get the knots out! Like another reviewer said this brush is too stiff to use when your hair is dry imo but when your hair is wet and doused in conditioner its great really gets all the knots out and lets me spread the conditioner evenly through my hair. The way it's constructed also lets me easily remove all my hair out of it. When my hair is dry I use a gentler brush to give it a bit of a brush through so it looks tidy day to day otherwise most of the detangling work is done in the bathroom and overall my hair tangles less now that I have a more thorough bathroom routine.

• Works but took time to get used to!

  First time I used it I actually thought it was quite painful but now seem to have gotten used to it. Love how easy it is to keep clean and it definitely does the job
