  I recommend applying this before you put lipstick or anything on it has the desired effect and will get your lips filled out in no time.

• Filler instinct plumbing lip gloss

  Delivery was quick which is good. The packaging is pretty however it does not plump my lips. The texture is quite tacky and cheap. I wouldn’t buy it again.

• Clear, versatile but don't notice plumping

  I never tried a lip plumping porduct before and I am still not sure how I feel about it. It's a tolerable sting, sort of like when you eat spicy wings and after a while it fades away. I have worn it by it self but I usually like to combine with lipliners. It's a clear gloss, so very versatile and wearable. I already have full lips, the top one being slightly less full, but I didn't see a noticeable difference after applying the gloss. I will still wear it, as I have an obsession with clear gloss since I was a young girl.

  In terms of plumping my lips, there is no difference but it’s nice as just a clear lip gloss
