Rundum sicher und rundum glücklich! Die Menstruationstasse von BeYou ist eine praktische Alternative zu herkömmlicher vaginaler Monatshygiene wie etwa dem Tampon. Eine Tasse fängt bis zu dreimal so viel Blut wie ein herkömmlicher Tampon auf. Die Tasse ist frei von gefährlichen Chemikalien und kann bis zu 12 Stunden am Stück getragen werden. 100% soft medical grade silicone.
Gebrauchsanweisung
- Nimm dir Zeit und übe den Umgang mit der Tasse, bis du dich wohl fühlst.
- Falte die Tasse mit der Faltmethode, mit der du dich am wohlsten fühlst.
- Führe die gefaltete Tasse mit der gleichen Methode wie einen Tampon in deine Scheide ein.
- Die Tasse sollte in deiner Scheide niedriger als ein Tampon sitzen, sich aber angenehm anfühlen, wenn der Stiel vollständig innen liegt.
- Sobald du die Tasse eingesetzt hast, öffnet sie sich und erzeugt eine leichte Saugwirkung. Auf diese Weise verhindert die Tasse ein Auslaufen.
- Du kannst deinen Finger verwenden, um zu überprüfen, ob sie vollständig gefaltet ist. Bei Bedarf kannst du die Tasse drehen.
- Die Tasse kann bis zu 12 Stunden lang verwendet werden, aber du kannst sie leeren, wenn du es für nötig hältst.
- Um die Tasse zu entfernen, ziehe den Stiel vorsichtig nach unten, bis du den Boden der Tasse erreichst und festhalten kannst.
- Drücke die Tasse unten zusammen, um die Saugwirkung zu lösen, und nimm sie heraus.
- Möglicherweise musst du nach unten drücken, um die Tasse zu erreichen.
- Leere den Inhalt deiner Tasse in die Toilette und spüle sie aus.
- Setze die Tasse bei Bedarf wieder ein.

A bit on the big side
I love this menstrual cup for its softness and smooth texture but it is too big for me and I wish I’d ignored the sixing advice and gone with my instincts! I’m 44 and have never had children; I find I can always feel this and it’s never comfy. I have gone back to using my old mooncup in size A but will be getting this again in the medium. I think whether or not you’ve had kids makes a greater difference to vaginal size than age.

I was very reluctant to try, and during the first month I really wasn't sure it was right for me, but by the end of the second month I'd gotten the hang of it (they are fiddly to use and my advice is try out the different folds until you find one that works for you) and it really is a game changer when it comes to managing your period. I'm really active and do a lot of mountain biking, swimming, hiking, basically activities that mean I'm outdoors all day, with no access to a bathroom. I also have really heavy periods which meant I had to change a tampon every 2 hours. Using a cup has solved both of these problems - I can leave it in all day and not have to worry about emptying it. I still get leaks (hence the 4 stars) and so have to wear a liner (rather than a pad) but I think that could be down to needing a bit more practice with it. For the price I paid, it's more than worth it.

How did I live without this all these years?!
I think the title says it all.. as a female with a heavy flow, this is a life saver. No more changing tampons every 2 hours and suffering from pads that won't fit just right. And yes, I was worried at first as well. I bought the smaller one first and after some practice I really got used to it and decided to get the large one. At first I inserted it lying down on the floor (lol) and now I just sit on the toilet and put it in in a second! Worth trying for sure!

Easy to get in right place after shower. Once in can be worn hours with no leaks. Even at night. Living it. Takes practice though dont give up. Very good product.
