I was pleased with most of my products a couple were not quite right unfortunately but this is the downfall of ordering online. it was the delivery that let you down and may possibly put me off ordering in the future. I chose delivery to my home address, however after I placed my order I received an email saying ' thank you for choosing to collect your parcel from your nearest parcel shop' I did not. As a consequence I then had a 50 mile round trip to collect it amongst a busy working week and trying to get ready to head away which was more than a little inconvenient. I did get my parcel in time and its not the end of the world but not usre if id be happy doing this every time.

Really love the colour and applicator - but this wasnt a plumping lip gloss… it felt more like chilli on my lips, and was really unpleasant. Took a while for the feeling to go away and it didnt plump my lips either. Fine if you like chilli/ spice!
