This was a gift so was grateful to receive as I like sleep mist’s. For me the fragrance was too strong. Extremely strong Lavender. If you are not a fan of Lavender then this isn’t a mist you’d want to use.

Amazing product! Have problems with sleeping and staying asleep during the night at times, and with this I sleep right through no joke! Smells amazing and is just delightful to use.
