Arrived as described smart modern design love it!
I habe only used it on low setting so far & not overpowering but it is meant for small space I have bought this to use in my 3bed house and I’m going to move it around house sent I purchased the Neom wellbeing my daughters have said they can smell so that’s good enough for me works!!
I’d rather pay a lot for this than buy load candles I only like Neom for their scents aroma better than aerosol or chemical fragrances
Exspensive yes but ideal choice for home odour smells whilst creating a nice relaxing atmosphere

I purchased a mini pod diffuser as a gift, but my experience was quite disappointing. The item arrived in damaged and dirty packaging, making it impossible for me to gift it in that condition.
When I reached out to customer service for a replacement, I was shocked to receive only a 10% discount and the option to return it for a refund. To make matters worse, I had to wait two days for every response from their team, which felt incredibly frustrating.
Now, I have to return the item and scramble to find a similar product elsewhere, hoping it will arrive before Christmas. Overall, this experience has left me dissatisfied, and I would not recommend this service if you're looking for timely and reliable gifts.

The item which was meant to be a gift came in a damaged and dirty packaging. After waiting two days between each reply from their team hoping to get a replaement they only offered 10% discount.

I absolutely love this. I was gifted one and then purchased 2 more. The site had the best price offer compared to other places. I love that you don’t have to add any water so no risk of mold. Strong scent throw too.

Very difficult to contact phone or by email sent the wrong item but eventually managed to contact them and got a full refund refusing So in the end, everything was sorted but disappointed. Eric.

I’ve had the diffuser a week so not long enough to report on reliability but the unit is very simple to use. I didn’t find the output to be sufficient to scent my open plan kitchen, dining, living area but that is to be expected - ideally I’d have two or three units positioned at opposite ends of the space. If the unit proves reliable I wouldn’t hesitate to buy several more. No concerns about burning man made scents or waxes, no spillage or mess, nothing to clean out. Recommended.

I was so excited to receive the mini diffuser mainly for use in my car. Unfortunately I wasn’t aware how much it would vibrate I couldn’t stand the noise and it randomly turned off and wasn’t very responsive when trying to turn it on and off or change intensity. I did return this 2 weeks ago and haven’t recieved a refund as yet really disappointed I wouldn’t recommend
