Tell me you’re obsessed with the Y2K trend without telling me you’re obsessed with the Y2K trend. That’s right, the trends of the 00s are back; we’re talking bold shadow, colourful liner, glossy lips, and plenty of gems.

STEP THREE
Use a medium flat brush to blend out the colour. Make sure to blend before the crayon dries.

With Urban Decay’s Heavy Metal Glitter Eyeliner in Volume, create a thin, angled flick on the outer corner of the eye.
STEP SEVEN
Use the same eyeliner across the upper lash line to create the perfect cat eye.
STEP EIGHT
Draw another line parallel to your cat eye flick just above the crease starting from the inner corner and working upwards.
TIP: Apply a few layers of the liner to keep it as glittery as possible.
