Utilisation
- Prenez le temps de vous entraîner à insérer la coupe jusqu’à ce vous vous sentiez à l’aise.
- Pliez la coupe dans la forme qui vous convient le mieux.
- Insérez la coupe pliée dans votre vagin, de la même façon que vous inséreriez un tampon.
- La coupe se positionne plus bas qu'un tampon. Elle doit être confortable, et sa tige ne doit pas dépasser.
- Une fois la coupe insérée, elle s'ouvrira et créera un léger effet ventouse. C’est cet effet qui empêche les fuites.
- Vous pouvez vérifier qu’elle est entièrement dépliée avec votre doigt. Vous pouvez pivoter la coupe si besoin.
- Vous pouvez garder votre coupe jusqu'à 12 heures, mais vous pouvez aussi la vider lorsque vous en ressentez le besoin.
- Pour retirer la coupe, tirez la tige vers le bas pour pouvoir attraper sa base.
- Pincez la base pour annuler l’effet ventouse et retirer la coupe.
- Il faudra peut-être que vous poussiez pour pouvoir attraper votre coupe.
- Videz le contenu de votre coupe dans les toilettes, puis rincez-la.
- Insérez de nouveau la coupe, si besoin.

A bit on the big side
I love this menstrual cup for its softness and smooth texture but it is too big for me and I wish I’d ignored the sixing advice and gone with my instincts! I’m 44 and have never had children; I find I can always feel this and it’s never comfy. I have gone back to using my old mooncup in size A but will be getting this again in the medium. I think whether or not you’ve had kids makes a greater difference to vaginal size than age.

I was very reluctant to
I was very reluctant to try, and during the first month I really wasn't sure it was right for me, but by the end of the second month I'd gotten the hang of it (they are fiddly to use and my advice is try out the different folds until you find one that works for you) and it really is a game changer when it comes to managing your period. I'm really active and do a lot of mountain biking, swimming, hiking, basically activities that mean I'm outdoors all day, with no access to a bathroom. I also have really heavy periods which meant I had to change a tampon every 2 hours. Using a cup has solved both of these problems - I can leave it in all day and not have to worry about emptying it. I still get leaks (hence the 4 stars) and so have to wear a liner (rather than a pad) but I think that could be down to needing a bit more practice with it. For the price I paid, it's more than worth it.
Amazing menstrual cup!
I have been using menstrual cups for years now and this one is great! No leaking, cannot feel it when it's in, and it comes with a nice little pouch!

How did I live without this all these years?!
I think the title says it all.. as a female with a heavy flow, this is a life saver. No more changing tampons every 2 hours and suffering from pads that won't fit just right. And yes, I was worried at first as well. I bought the smaller one first and after some practice I really got used to it and decided to get the large one. At first I inserted it lying down on the floor (lol) and now I just sit on the toilet and put it in in a second! Worth trying for sure!

Easy to get in right place after shower. Once in can be worn hours with no leaks. Even at night. Living it. Takes practice though dont give up. Very good product.
