Changed formula??
I have been using this brow pencil for a year and havs never had any faults with it, until recently. I ordered two of the same for my holiday and both came with a different brush design on the end which is too soft to blend, and the actual product formula has become chaulky and extremely difficult to blend out! Im not sure if it’s because i ordered them instead of picking them up at a store, but was extremely upset.
