Utilisation

Versatile & pigmented!
I’ve been searching for a blue pigment to add into my face products to make them cooler toned & this is perfect for that but also for any kind of eye, face or lip creativity! Couldn’t be happier with it & it’s going to last me forever! Can’t wait to get all of the colors.
