Lelo Sona™ Cruise Sonic Clitoral Massager
UNRESPONSIVE CUSTOMER SERVICE.
I am currently trying to return this product that I ordered which arrived too late but Beauty Bay are a nightmare to deal with.
My issue...they have a 30 day return policy. Great. BUT hold on! You have to email them with your order number etc for a return authorisation number. Not so bad you may think? Well firstly it takes (up to) 24 hours, which it did take them. Secondly when they finally responded they requested the same information yet again along with more information eg. Is the product unopened and why am I returning it? I sent the information the same day they requested it. It's been three days and I still have NOT had a reply OR been given a return authorisation number. They are fully aware that I'm now on day 30 of my return window. Dirty tactics or just a terrible returns procedure with horrendous organisational and Draconic rules that inconvenience the customer and cause long delays in returning an unwanted order? Seemingly it's ALL of the above. AVOID this company if you want a stress-free return.

Lelo Sona™ Cruise Sonic Clitoral Massager
I've always been massively skeptical about toys - I've not really ever got on with them and have always found vibrators and penetrators don't do it for me. But this? Oh my god. Worth. Every. Penny. The sensations are so intense. I've never sq***ted before but this baby made me on the first try
