I love the Powder Kiss formula, it goes on so nicely and considering its a liquid lip, it isn't drying. The formula is so light that it doesn't feel like you're wearing anything on your lips at all. The colour lasts well, you will need touch ups after eating and drinking but it wears in a different way to other liquid lip colours - you're not left with a dry flaky ring of colour around your mouth, it's more gradual. I would recommend this liquid lip to anyone looking for decent pigment but with a less shiny finish, it managed to be bright and subtle at the same time!
