100% Obsessed Promise for BEAUTY BAY Branded Products
What is the BEAUTY BAY Branded Products 100% Obsessed Promise?
Here at BEAUTY BAY, we are confident in the quality of our By BEAUTY BAY Own Brand products but if you are not satisfied for any reason with your product, we have the By BEAUTY BAY 100% Obsessed Promise. This gives you 60 days to return the product for a full refund of the price you paid at the time of purchase (minus delivery costs), subject to the terms and conditions below.
The By BEAUTY BAY 100% Obsessed Promise is in addition to and does not replace your statutory rights and/or your rights pursuant to clauses 10 and 11 of our full terms and conditions of sale which continue to apply to your purchase from BEAUTY BAY.
What if the Product has been used?
It doesn’t matter, if you are not satisfied, no matter how much you have used you can get your money back provided you satisfy the T&CS below.
Important Terms and Conditions:
How do I use the BEAUTY BAY Branded Product 100% Obsessed Promise? You need to notify BEAUTY BAY either by emailing customer.services@beautybay.com or completing the contact us form available at www.beautybay.com/help/ confirming that you wish to return the By BEAUTY BAY Own Brand product.
Where we request you to do so (which remains at our sole discretion), you will need to arrange, (at your own cost) the return of the By BEAUTY BAY Own Brand product to BEAUTY BAY at BEAUTY BAY Ltd, PO Box 518, M5 0BN, within five days of notifying BEAUTY BAY. We may alternatively ask you to dispose responsibly of the product if we do not require it to be returned.
In order to claim a refund under the By BEAUTY BAY 100% Obsessed Promise, you will need to provide us with sufficient feedback using the feedback form provided by us. This is to allow us to continually improve our products and so that we can understand the reason you wish to use our promise.
All refunds will be made to the payment method used during your original purchase unless this is not possible under your payment provider’s terms and conditions. If you paid by giftcard (or similar), a refund will be made by the same means.
Are there any exceptions and when can’t I claim under the By BEAUTY BAY 100% Obsessed Promise?
We will only accept returns and a claim under the By BEAUTY BAY 100% Obsessed Promise from the person who directly purchased the By BEAUTY BAY Own Brand products(s). The promise isn’t transferable.
The By BEAUTY 100% Obsessed Promise may not apply to certain By BEAUTY BAY Own Brand products. Where this is the case, this will be clearly stated on the relevant product page of our website or mobile app. Excluded By BEAUTY BAY Own Brand products will be determined by BEAUTY BAY at its sole discretion.
BEAUTY BAY reserves the right to refuse a refund under the 100% Obsessed Promise if:
- You don’t provide us with sufficient feedback on the product you are returning
- You re-purchase a Product you have previously been refunded for;
- BEAUTY BAY considers that a customer is disproportionately or excessively using the 100% Obsessed Promise, or your behaviour suggests you are abusing its use (whether fraudulently or otherwise). We will always act reasonably in deciding whether to refuse a refund under the 100% Obsessed Promise.
What Else?
BEAUTY BAY reserves the right to amend or withdraw the By BEAUTY BAY Own Brand 100% Obsessed Promise at any time without notice. However, BEAUTY BAY will honour refunds for all sales prior to the amendment or withdrawal (subject always to the exceptions set out above). The By BEAUTY BAY Own Brand 100% Obsessed Promise is not in itself a product warranty.
