The Bala 2lb Ankle/Wrist Weights, better known as Bangles, add a comfortable 2lb of resistance to whatever you are already doing, from a walk to a Pilates flow to folding the laundry. Each one is steel wrapped in baby soft silicone, with an athletic elastic strap and a hook and loop fastener that moulds to wrists or ankles for a snug, no bounce fit. Wrap one around each wrist or ankle, adjust the elastic to a snug but comfortable fit, and press the fastener down. Wear through your workout or your day. Wipe clean with a damp cloth.
