Charge the handheld controller fully before first use. Attach the straps, insert the eye shields, then cleanse and dry your skin, removing all makeup, serums, and lotions first. Position the mask and fasten the straps for a snug fit. Hold the power button for 2 seconds, select your mode and time, then relax. Follow with your serum and moisturiser afterwards. Do not use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, taking photosensitising medication, or if you have epilepsy or a photosensitive condition.

Pretty good. Only used for a couple of weeks now but find it easy to use almost daily. Battery runs out after about a week of use which is manageable - hoping it lasts.
Good so far
Love all the different settings on the mask. I have only been using for 2 weeks but have already noticed a difference in my skin. A couple of points to note. It is uncomfortable across the nose and eyebrows after a few minutes of wear. The battery doesn’t last long which is annoying. The cable connection from the mask to the controller is quite tenuous and mine is already flickering after only a few weeks
